In recent years, we have seen a growing demand for foods that cater to people with a variety of food intolerances, so from 2020 we will be preparing meals for our lactose and gluten-sensitive guests as part of our half-board dinner, on request. Breakfast includes gluten-free bakery, lactose-free milk, rice milk and soy milk.
If you have special needs, we can make the buffet dinner a special gluten-free menu. Please, let us know in advance.
The daily charge is 2.000 HUF / person / day (payable in addition to the package price).
Our aim is for our guests to be aware when they book their holiday with us that alternative meal plans are available.
Bathrobe:
- We provide bath robes for adults (M, L, XL, XXL sizes) at an extra cost, please, ask at the reception.
Parking fee:
- 500 HUF / car / night. Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed), it’s fenced but unguarded, but monitored by camera system.
Transfer:
- 1 500 HUF / room. Our hotel provides transfer from the train station or bus stop by prior arrangement.
Small pets:
- 3 000 HUF / night / pet (We welcome small pets in our hotel up to 15 kg. Not every room is suitable, please, contact our staff when you book.)
Cancellation policy:
- The booking may be cancelled without a fee of cancellation before the first advance payment deadline
- 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of ordered service
- 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of the ordered service
- 14 days to the date of arrival: 60% of the ordered service
